Students in have a seat on most of the college's committees, represent the student body's view and are consulted before a committee votes. But they themselves cannot vote. Study abroad to visit China and Vietnam

Santa Barbara City College has a new Study Abroad Program called Pacific Rim studies. This is not a conventional history course; these classes will allow students to get units while in China and Vietnam.
