Dr. Jack Friedlander has worked his way up to executive vice president of Educational Programs after 22 years of service at Santa Barbara City College.
Before working his current position, Friedlander served as the vice president of Academic Affairs, and as a dean for multiple departments. Non-resident City College students will have to pay more in the fall, as the college raised its fees for enrollment.
In its Jan. 24 meeting, The Board of Trustees approved to raise out-of-state per-unit fees by $8 and international per-unit fees by $9.
